Patuxent Run competes in IEA with a full high school and middle school team. This is an equitation league that has classes for walk/trot riders through riders comfortable jumping 2’6 on a new mount. We compete in Zone 3 Region 4. We host IEA shows at our facility and travel to barns in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Our teams qualify for Regionals and Zones each year as well as individual riders. Our 2017-2018 middle school team finished 4th at National Finals, and the 2018-12019 team finished 3rd at National Finals. We also had two individuals qualify for Nationals from our 2019-2020 team.
